Our philosophy is to provide a full range of presentation and marketing communications support services. Working closely with our clients, we can design and stage an event of any size. Our experience in this field extends to PRE_EVENT LOGISTICS, which includes planning the event, searching for a unique venue and providing a fully functional conference office and help desk with trained personnel to monitor bookings.
We also provide PRE-EVENT CREATIVE, conceiving ideas for the event’s theme. As part of this, we design and develop the invitation process, co-ordinate one-to-one professional script assistance for the speakers while also offering scripting visualisation and production.
EVENT LOGISTICS has our team orchestrating the set and staging for the event. Fulfillment handling includes delegate badging and registration and on the day, we provide professional show direction and co-ordination between the creative and technical team providing an all round solution.
